EPS hot melting recycling process

Wasted EPS (Styrofoam) can be recycled by different ways. Today let us see how it is reclycled by Polystyrene melting way.
1. Firstly the waste EPS will be crushed at the beginning of the EPS melting machine.
2. By the EPS hot melting machine, the crushed EPS will be melted and we get EPS melted block.
3. By EPS shredding machine, we can get Small PS particles.
4. Or by PS extruder, we can get PS granules.
Of course, it can be also compressed by EPS compactor. That is another recycling way.
