Features

10. All frame are done by heat treatment for less deform
11. All machine are done by sand -blasting treatment for lasting painting

13.Unique design of piping layout, combination of steam inlets ensures sufficient, even, stable steam pressure, thus resulting in shorter cycle time.
14. The new developed hydraulic drive concept ensures the opening and closing of the moulding machine in a total and even way, fast, strong, and energy saving.

19.The mold cavity surface is coated with Teflon, ensuring easy de-mold and good finish of the block.
20. The machine adopt highly efficient vacuum cooling system, condensate device to improving molding speed and reduce the moisture content. Vacuum supported machine is very efficient for making high-density and thick block.
