Comparing with EVG 3D panel machine, our 3D panel machine have the following features:
1. Welded mesh machine is for producing welded mesh panel. Flatten,cutting the welded mesh will be automatically finished, not for producing welded mesh rolls, then flattern and cut again.
2. 3D panel machine structure is simpler, easy to learn ,maintenance and operate.
3. Production speed is a little lower than EVG 3D panel machine. The machine production speed is 4.5 seconds/step, 13 steps per min. 1 step is 100mm, 13 step is 1300mm. 1300mm=13m.
So the theoretic output per hour is 1.2m(width) x 0.1m(step distance) x 13 (steps per min) x60(min)=93.6m2.Theoretic output of 8hour is 93.6*8=748.8m2 .We reduce the adjust time(provided while machine or material has problem), 748.8*85%=636m2 per 8h .
Of course, if one step is 200mm, the productivity will be double.
4.Lower cost,can help to beginner to start market at small investment.
