Difference between the air-cooling type EPS block molding machine and Vacuum type EPS block molding machine
1.Vacuum type EPS block molding machine has all the function that Air-cooling type EPS block molding machine has. Because the Vacuum type EPS block molding machine is just to add vacuum system and pipe system on the air-cooling EPS block molding machine base.
2. Cooling by blower and by vacuum system are two different cooling ways.
3. Difference in using
1) Working efficiency
Vacuum EPS block molding machine has higher working efficiency than air-cooling type, for the same specifications products, the vacuum cooling type will take shorter time than air-cooling type.
2)Water content
The water content is lower by vacuum cooling way.
3)EPS block density
Vacuum cooling is suitable for higher density EPS blocks ,Air cooling is suitable for lower density EPS blocks,not easily deformed.
4)EPS block size
If the EPS block thickness is 1m , we should use vacuum cooling EPS block molding machine for guaranteeing adequate cooling.
