Brief Introduction of Color Steel Sandwich Panel and EPS Foam Sandwich Panel

Today I would like to give a brief introduction of Color steel sandwich panel and EPS Foam sandwich panel made by EPS color steel sandwich panel machine.

Color steel sandwich panel uses black-white insulation layer color steel plate as surface material and uses self extinguishing polystyrene, polyurethane, glass wool, rock wool as the core material, and adds heat curing adhesive heating and pressing in the molding machine and then combined into a super light construction panel.

Features of color steel sandwich panel:

1. Light weight: its weight is 1/20-1/30 of concrete roofing weight.

2. Soundproof: its specific conductance is 0.034W/mk.

3. Fast construction progress: No net work, no need to do the second dcoration, and constructing period can be prolonged up to 40%.

4. Bright color: no need to be painted, black-white galvanized steel plate coating's maintenance phase is about 15-30 years.

Color steel sandwich panel is a new type construction material that has features of bearing, retain freshness, waterproof, decoration all in one.

EPS foam sandwich panel uses black-white color steel as surface material, uses self-extinguishing closed cell EPS foam as core material. Black-white color steel plate need to be molded by automatic molding machine, then bonded by high efficiency adhesive. EPS foam sandwich panel is a new type of efficient construction material. It has features of retain freshness, waterproof, fast construction progress, durable and beautiful.
